McDaniel Auctions conducts an spring consignment auction every year in central Texas. We treat every sale with the highest level of integrity and professionalism. Our staff is friendly, honest, hard working, and takes pride in every job they do.
Terms of Sale: Cash and Check will ONLY be accepted. Please submit Letter Of Credit for purchases of $2,000.00 or more. All purchases are sold “AS IS”. Merchandise must be removed on day of sale unless other arrangements are made through McDaniel Auctions. All purchases on the day of sale are final. Vehicles and trailers titles MUST be submitted prior to Day of Sale.
Remember to bring your renewed Ag Timber Registration for Farm Use Exemption!
Commission Rates:
20% – on individual Items selling for $250.00 or less
15% – on individual items selling for $251 up to $1,500.00
10% – on individual items selling for $1501 and over
No Buyer’s Premiums
